Bel hotel, chambre propre. Personnel cordial et réactif. Mes demandes ont bien été prises en compte. Une bouteille d eau et machine a cafe avec dosettes a l'arrivée. Bémol les portes qui claquent des 7h du mat et font vibrer le lit (un défilé) et la clim tres bruyante quand elle est éteinte et un peu moins quand elle est allumée. Donc a partir de 7h on ne dort plus car trop bruyant.

HOTEL SYMPATHIQUE MAIS LOIN DU CENTRE DE LILLE

Chambre agréable mais communicante, ce qui peut être gênant pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits. Le Velux nécessite une fermeture brusque, rendant le bruit perceptible chez les voisins. Les portes qui claquent provoquent des vibrations dans les têtes de lit, particulièrement tôt le matin (dès 6h30) et tard le soir (jusqu’à minuit). La forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre a été un point négatif, et la réponse de l’accueil face à cette situation a manqué de considération. Cependant, le réceptionniste s’est montré plus aimable en fin de soirée, peut-être influencé par l’annulation du séjour prévu la semaine suivante. À mon retour, on m’a informé qu’un désodorisant avait été appliqué, supprimant l’odeur de cigarette, mais laissant subsister une odeur persistante des canalisations dans la salle de bain. Enfin, la petite salle de sport constitue un atout appréciable.

The room was large and clean. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bus took 20 minutes to Lille centre. Very convenient as the bus stop was across the street. Free underground safe parking lot with EV stations. Lots of spaces available. Breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice machine where you make your own. Good selection of hot and cold food. Supermarket next to the hotel. Excellent bakery across the street.

Hôtel situé à loos en plein centre ville, et bus pour place de la république de Lille juste à côté (ligne 5). Un très bon accueil, personnel très agréable et souriant! Le buffet est top pour le petit déjeuner! Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Un séjour vraiment agréable !

Staff went above and beyond, the property is upscale and immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The hotel breakfast was worth the added cost and gave us a good start for our two days of shopping the Lille market.
