"Staff was friendly and curtious however I was awakened each of my 3 nights stay to sounds coming from neighboring rooms. This building has paper thin walls and you can feel the vibrations of movement in other rooms through your pillow as you sleep. Very disappointing "

"The bedding was not freshly cleaned, the tub did not work properly, slow drain, the hot water faucet was VERY difficult to turn, the tub spiquet did not work properly, the shower head had almost no pressure and needed to be soaked in CLR. As a former head housekeeper, I am aware of the standards for a hotel room, especially when the rates are nearly $150 a night. Also the website indicates that there is a pool which the only pool is an outside pool. Housekeeping not once asked if we needed fresh towels or our trash taken out. The front desk only greeted us upon arrival, not even when we came through for breakfast. "

"I booked through Expedia and paid at the time of booking. I was charged again when I checked in and no one would help me. Our toilet seat was stained and gross and the bathtub was dirty. The towels were thin and dingy and the remote for the tv didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to be double charged for a run down hotel "
