dirty, outdated, poor customer service. housekeeping was knocking several times from 8 am until we checked out. closer towards 11 they were knocking every 5-10 minutes.

We had a heating and air conditioning issue and the property was not helpful with the issue. Our room was a constant 80 degrees and told us they had not turned on the ac units so we just needed to open the windows and doors to help with the heat issue. We asked for another room and was told they couldn’t do that as we booked with Expedia. We also asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel and we were told we needed to take it up with Expedia. We will never stay there again.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the tub had mildew or something in the corners on the caulking. For 150 dollars a night, I’d expect way more.

Great staff, room is great, but there isn’t a lot around where we can take our dog out and the trail is closed - but that’s not the hotel’s fault. No complaints!

The hotel is under construction. We stayed in the large family suite. It was clean, but definitely pieced together. No outlet in the bathroom off of the king size room. It was great for our family of 8. Plenty of room. The staff was ok. The breakfast was really good. The pool area was nice. The kiddy pool was a nice plus. The construction around the hotel was horrible. The keys are very sensitive. I was at the front seat at least 3-4 times each day during our stay getting our keys rekeyed. That was a real pain. That’s where the staff was just ok. The front seat lady acted like it was a bother to re key them. With the family suite, I at least thought through would be a few basic utensils and maybe a few plates and cups. Nope, ever cupboard and drawer was completely empty!

We have stayed here several times as our daughter is in college in Casper. The staff is always super friendly. It's not a "posh" property, and the surrounding area is a bit run down, but the hotel itself is clean with a nice breakfast. The rooms are quiet and well kept.
