"Overall a very nice hotel! But at the highest level it lacks certain finer things. One weird thing is its location of its two elevators. Given the expanse / layout of the structure there should have elevators on both ends. It is almost a long rectangular building. So if your room happens to be on the far end it can be a walk particularly for elderly or someone with a disability! That’s one downside of this otherwise beautiful property "

"I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. "I stayed at the hotel for just a few hours (flight delays and early flight departure on the following day) but it was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. The staff knew exactly how to take care of busy travelers with rush needs and excelled in their gestures (coffee and breakfast ready at 5 AM, calling and fixing transportation issues (Uber), extremely fast checkin with huge upgrade (executive suite), and generally very polite/smiley/happy faces). I commend the hotel for their excellent staff. "
