"Toen we aankwamen, was er niemand van het personeel aanwezig. Andere hotelgasten lieten ons binnen. Na 1uur wachten kwam een persoon toe die vertelde dat alle kamers volzet waren (ondanks onze reservatie). We waren blijkbaar niet de enige, de afgelopen 5 dagen waren verschillende boekingen 'vergeten'. De eigenaar van het hotel was onbereikbaar. Alle personeel die we spraken, getuigden hoe vreselijk het is om voor dit hotel te werken. De eigenaar/baas is onrespectvol naar hen toe en er zijn...

"The Hotel is a Riad. Ie rooms arranged around a central space with a marble fountain. A traditional Moroccan house right in the middle of the Medina, tiny street no cars. Great location, lovely careful hosts who speak several languages fluently. Very small felt as though you were part of a family. Safe. "

"This place is located exactly where I needed in the old Madinah. Friendly staff and clean place. Beautiful interior design. However, there is a barbershop that was close to my window, which makes some noise at night (10pm). That has nothing to do with the hotel honestly I still enjoyed my stay, but had trouble with the street noise. "

"We had a lovely stay, the house is amazing! The kids lived the pool amd the garden.The staff, Amina and Mohammed were so friendly and helpfull, Amina makes the best breakfast.In the small village you can but fresh eggs, fresh bread and butter, all the items for breakfast. Also 10 min walk is the road, where you can buy softdrinks and snacks. In the bigger village of Thamesloht you can also shop groceries as fresh vegetables and meat!A car is good to have, but taxi’s are also an option."

"Exceptionally clean hotel, very comfortable, wonderful staff - especially Ahmed who checked us in, was very polite and was on-hand throughout our stay to help with things. The hotel itself is very well furnished and maintained. Every corner is picture worthy. The rooms have everything you need - would have liked a dedicated iron and tea facilities, but these are provided when needed. Very clean and daily room service was done without fail. Location is within the medina - 15-20 min walk to Jemaa El Fna square, and you manage to avoid the craziness of the central area. The hotel is an oasis and highly recommended."
