"Our stay at Otherwander was excellent.
We weren’t quite sure what to expect, but the nests were incredibly cosy, we loved the coloured lighting, which added to the overall atmosphere and the beds were really comfortable.
I was also pleasantly surprised with the toilets and showers. They were super clean, and it’s clear that staff are regularly maintaining it.
My only complaint about the nest itself was the air conditioning and noise. Unfortunately, we couldn’t adjust the airflow, only the temperature. And despite being advertised as soundproof we could hear the doors slam, people sneezing and talking.
We had minimal interaction with staff, so I can’t comment too much on the overall service. However, on arrival, the woman at reception came across as a little rude and disinterested. It wasn’t a major issue, but it wasn’t quite the welcome we expected.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was a fun change from the usual, the location is unbeatable, and I would definitely stay here again!"
