"Sea World Boutique is a FANTASTIC hotel - we loved our stay there. The hotel itself is stunning (the pictures don't even do the beauty of the location justice!) but more than that, the staff are wonderfully welcoming, so friendly and it was a difficult day when we had to leave! "Wonderful setting. We stayed in 'Pepper Cottage' and felt like we were in the jungle - but in a safe way. Best massages we had in Sri Lanka. Also the best breakfast - it was just so beautifully prepared. Location is set back off a main road - which you cannot hear - but this meant it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants."

"Nice view thru window. Close to the beach, good for sunset view. Anyone can go without a charge. Clean room and supplied cookers as home stay. Dining market at beach 2km away. Bike rental friendly, five minutes walking to the rental and take me back to hotel after returning. Half hour driving to dock for wacthing whales"

"Great location far enough away from Mirissa. Peaceful and welcoming staff. Difficult to find a spot to swim in the ocean but possible to take a dip. Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous. "

"Oppholdet var bra, men det var noen småting som gjorde det hele litt ubehagelig. Det er f.eks. ikke solskjerming/screens på rommene. Noe som gjør at sola kommer rett inn på rommet fra 05.00. Noe som er upraktisk med småbarn som våkner ekstra tidlig da. Og hotellet lå mellom bilvei og strand så støy fra veien var også litt plagsomt. Med tanke på at det var et område med mye mygg, kunne de med fordel ha hatt noe mer fokus på dette. Ikke myggnett, spray eller andre forebyggende ting i...

"Wonderful relaxing stay at the resort. It was a shame we had to leave. Biggest draw back was the oil sludge in the water. Obviously not the resort's fault. Would recommend stay here."

"We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again"

"We stayed for three nights with our 1 year old baby. The staff are excellent, so welcoming, and attentive and really enjoyed playing with our son. We had a sea view room, the view is beautiful, and the bathroom and shower were excellent - you can see the sea from the shower! The staff provided a lovely wooden cot which was perfect for our son. The cot fit next to the bed and the bed’s mosquito net covered the cot. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating of our child’s needs. All in all, we would recommend to other families and travellers. The staff are a credit to the place. "
