"Location location, location! The island house is a short walk from the town which means sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the front lawn in the evening was quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting by the fire in the front yard on the chilly evening. We will be back!!"

"Everything on Mackinac Island is old so take the property conditions with a grain of salt. Many restaurant options on property. Pool could use a make over but still gets it done. Convenient location. I would stay here over any spot along the main road due to the amenities provided and still only a 12-15 minute walk from town."

"Located right at the Sheppler Dock. Hotel staff grabbed our bags. Double queen room, very modern and clean. Our deck overlooked the ferry dock and is conveniently located on Main Street. Built in 8a alarm with the arrival and departure of the first ferry each morning. Loved Winchester's for afternoon cocktails and appetizers. Would definitely book again."

"Parking was excellent. Easy to get in and out. Enjoyed breakfast. Nice selection and the lady in charge took time to talk to us!! Love the room balconies. Beautiful to step out and see the sunrise. Very peaceful stay!"
