Loved this hotel. Location amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. One of the best breakfast we have had. Staff very friendly and helped us organise a transfer to Verona.

Very helpful staff and great breakfast

Facilities quite new and in first class condition. Close to walking trails and the cable car to the top of the mountain. Nearest eatery was only 10 minutes away down the hill but plenty of options 15 minutes away in the city centre. Road up the hill was a little scary for someone used to driving on the left however avoided any collisions.

Wonderful hotel with the best view. The lovely owners make their own olive oil and produce from their orchard. Rooms are large and town is a 10 minute walk. You are nestled in a peaceful oasis with the best views. The self service wine is delicious (you get a card that charges you) and sitting on the verandah area is perfection. I don’t ever remember a better value place to stay.

Excellent hosts & the breakfast was amazing with delicious homemade savoury and sweet options. Restaurant has ambience overlooking Lake Garda with a magical terrace to relax in the warmer months. Located in old town Sirmione surrounded by shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this local stay to anyone visiting Como. A very generous and friendly owner presented his hotel room in the most beautiful interior decor and cleanliness. Explained all I need for Como and how to enjoy it. I don’t want to leave. It’s just too beautiful in this room and the city!

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently. The service is beyond amazing and the property is so beautiful overlooking the lake and the mountains, it takes your breath away. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, gym and pool are magnificent and breakfast each morning is wonderful. I cried when we left!

Arriving in Tremezzina was like landing in Paradise and Hotel La Darsena was just the icing on the cake. I booked not having any real idea where to stay in Como and we could not have been happier. This adorable little boutique hotel has the most magnificent view from it's restaurant terrace and this was the main reason I booked. We had a loft room which was adorable and looked out over the lake. The location is perfect, Bellagio is literally a stones throw across the water and the ferry terminal...

While a little tricky to get to this spot is a beautiful, secluded retreat, however you have all the creature comforts with amazing food, at very reasonable cost, & wonderfully appointed rooms & facilities

Our stay at Vista - Palazzo has been the highlight of our family's 5 week holiday in Europe. The rooms are fabulous and the service is outstanding. The roof-top bar has a spectacular view of the lake and is a lovely spot to spend the afternoon. My children loved the welcome gift and did not want to check out. Room service was also very good. Overall, we would highly recommend the hotel and a visit to Como, with its many activities, central proximity, and restaurant options.

We really loved this hotel. We stayed for a week and the location on the piazza with across-the-road views of the lake could not be beaten. The lovely staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation - our room was beautiful - good sized bathroom, and a lovely bedroom with two small balconies looking over the piazza and on to the lake.. We really recommend the hotel and hope to be able stay again.

Hotel excellent make sure you get a room with a lake view. The vista was magnificent especially the sunset. On arriving we did our usual thing and asked the staff for restaurant recommendations. We went out early for diner as we were hungry unfortunately the recommended restaurants did not open until 6.45 / 7.00 , The only ones open had photographs of their meals in the shop fronts. We selected Valentinos.... worst meal ever... Stay away from restaurants with meal photos
