"This is a wonderful, boutique hotel. There are only 10 rooms. Every single staff member was amazing! Very kind and helpful. There is a parking garage for your car. The hotel is litereally on the top of a hill. You have to walk up the hill to arrive at the hotel. They do have a golf cart for your bags, but you're expected to walk. "We spent 2 days at Luganodante during a 2 week trip to Italy/Switzerland. I highly recommend staying at this property. The location is centrally located to enjoy the lake, shopping and dining. Easy walk from train station but easy in and out of the garage if you have a car. Very clean, nice lobby bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. The full breakfast was included and it was amazing. A wonderful experience all around. "
