"Breakfast was good, the beds were ok, the air conditioner worked. The bathroom was the worst area of the room. The faucet leaked and dripped and there was an orange rust stain the in the tub that looked like a skid mark. There was also a chunk out of the Sheetrock in the bathroom. The main concern for me was I went swimming one day and I got out and the front desk guy had locked me out of my room. I still had 5 more nights booked. He was really rude about it and I started crying. He didn’t wear a name tag so I couldn’t turn on him to management other than saying the short man with brown hair. Very rude to me and I heard him talking to other women that were checking in very poorly."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful. It was very convenient for dining, especially with Denny's being right next door. The food was awesome. Awesome & Enjoyable Stay here with my family of 7."

"Marsha at the front desk is amazing. The rooms are updated and a nice size. They are very clean with one exception- the walls above the bed were covered with dust. This is a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance to all the Main Street shops and restaurants. Highly recommended."

"Initially the room had a strange odor. King sized room was small. Really did appreciate the breakfast and supper options that were included. Elevators to go up and down were good. Would be nice to have a wheelchair available for use."

"They need a better Breakfast / Lunch area. Copper Wisk is to small and you have to stand in line to get waited on."

"There was hair in the shower, I was told there wasn’t shuttle parking when we arrived but when I booked it said there was, I was told i didn’t have to pay for parking then when I came in to show them my receipt for the uber (was told I’d be compensated) I was then told my car would’ve been towed if I left since I didn’t pay for parking (was told the evening before by staff I only had to pay after 8days of parking). Will never be returning to this facility."

"It wasn't the best stay, and I won't be returning. The breakfast wasn't very good, and they mowed the grass that morning and returned to grass clippings all over my car "
