"I really enjoyed the property. My only not so good comment is when I looked for the property it shows 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is a little misleading, but now I understand why. The property is small and if it had a bathroom it would be so annoying when the other guests have to use it. Looking forward for next year to take my grandkids. "

Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. "In general, we had a pleasant experience. The activities offered at the hotel are well organized and enjoyable. The hotel is truly beautiful and historic, and the location in Old Québec is unbeatable. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the property reflects why it is considered one of the most iconic and prestigious hotels in Canada. However, I was disappointed with one aspect of my stay. The heating system in the room was extremely loud and would turn on every few minutes during the night. The noise was strong enough to wake me up repeatedly, which unfortunately made the sleeping experience very poor. For a hotel of this caliber and reputation, I expected a much quieter and more comfortable room environment. I hope the management looks into this issue, because the property itself is stunning and deserves a guest experience that truly matches its prestige."
