This unit was very well equipped with everything for a couples stay. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Everything was clean. The host had made ample efforts to cut out the lighting from the bar across the street. If you are sensitive to noise for sleeping the bar might provide too much noise for you. Access to the city was easy. A 30 minute walk takes you to Old Town Quebec.

Wonderful place at a very central location. More spacious than expected and wish we had more time and less kid responsibilities to explore the neighborhood more, especially the adjacent restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean and modern facility with all the mod cons yiu need. The area is a little bit dodgy with a few characters hanging around the area. I was fine with that, but others may be a bit unsettled and feel unsafe.

Nice central location, beds VERY comfortable.

A nice central location so a bit loud from the street and other guests. Parking was 20$ at a lot about 5 minutes away on foot. Recently renovated with a nice little porch accessed from a back door. Beds (including the sofa bed) were incredibly comfortable plus a fully equipped kitchen. No breakfast.

This was an excellent place to stay for our short visit to Quebec City. The apartment manager provided us with all the relevant information, and the place was very clean. The back deck was a lovely surprise. Everything we needed was within walking distance including delicious bakeries and restaurants! We were glad to have a parking spot a short distance away because street parking was quite busy.

The apartment was super clean. Instructions were very clear for check-in, check-out and parking. The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. We had a great stay! The building is not very soundproof. You might hear some noise from the street outside at night.
