My stay at The Leela was exceptional. My wife and I were spending a 3 night stay. It was my wife's birthday. Special thanks to Tithi and Subhashree who went out of their way to look after us in terms of organizing a cake and some special moments for us. They are truly genuine customer service providers and I would like to thank them for such an exceptional experience. I would love to be back and stay there again. I booked a Deluxe room for my Mum and I, as a treat for her birthday. The room was spacious, open, with a really comfortable bed and a fantastic city view. The bathroom was splendid. Great experience for NYE!

Staff went out of their way and could not be more helpful. Breakfast buffet is superb. We stayed in room 1012 and our cleaner was amazing.

The staff and the facilities within the hotel is wonderful. There is a lot of construction surrounding the hotel which is difficult to navigate at times.
