"No AC in the hallways, carpets not vacuumed, leaking AC unit in Gym, Gym equipment not updated. Staff not respond to issues, which is why we should not have arabs maintaining hotels. They do not care."

"Air conditioner leaked water on the floor, but did keep the room nice and cool. Mirror in bathroom had a crack all the way down the middle. Bed was comfortable. Ok for one night stay."

"They overbooked and never contacted anyone. Showed up for reservation with 3 kids and had no rooms available. Staff on site was not helpful at all and offered no solutions ."
