"Everything was decent. It wasn’t very close to the water but not super far. Property is cramped / close to neighbors. Their dogs pooped in the yard and made us pay a pet fee because we did have someone visit with a dog (they picked up after them but we can’t prove it). Take before & after photos and you’ll be okay. It’s expensive for what it is (a large barn shed with finished interior deck) but that’s pretty common these days. It is at least in a gated area. Lights on deck aren’t plugged in (no power close by). No fire pit, but there is a well used Webber grill that works okay. They are pet friendly but make sure you’re app or browser doesn’t hide the option from you because this host be sure to send a second bill."

"The hotel itself was very nice, looks new, rooms are clean. Breakfast was absolutely awful, they were out of everything, including cups, silverware, food was cold and area was dirty. They would benefit from having someone tend to the area, it was disappointing. "
