Great place and the most comfortable bed and the pillows were the best. Shame was only one night stay. The food was lovely and recommend for anyone flying out or in to stay as close to the airport.

Was such a pleasant welcome and smooth check in when we arrived at the hotel the staff and especially Tiffany were so helpfull and really went the extra effort to make sure our stay is perfect. Every time we leave or come all staff acknowledge you and say hi or bye. The bed is so comfotable and the pillows are so soft. Room and bathroom is so spacious in the room we had. Is only a 5/10 minute walk to the old quarter qith plenty of little shops and restaurants along the way. Would recommend...

The hotel was clean and very well designed the staff were absolutely lovely so polite and helpful. There was a great selection at the buffet breakfast as well as extra items you could order from the menu . Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Hanoi close to so many things in the old quarter close to the lake and the French quarter and if you want to visit the modern part of the city it’s a short extremely affordable taxi ride. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

Beautifully furnished hotel in a great location in the old quarter. The staff were really lovely and helpful and breakfast was great! This hotel is great value for money. The only negative was we were woken up every morning around 6am by the kitchen noise (there is a light well which connects the kitchen to the every bedroom directly above so noise travels.

Great staff, all very friendly and always eager to be of help. Located inside an alley way in the Old Quarter, it is surrounded by markets, restaurants, shops and nightlife (but surprisingly not at all noisy from our 1st floor room). There are no lifts in this building but there's no issue there as the lovely bellboy would take your luggage up to your room, down to the lobby upon check out and escort you out of the alley to your transport.
