"If I could have given more than a 5-star rating, I would have. The hotel only has 4 rooms (we were the only guests due to low season) and has an incredible view of Zihautanejo Bay from everywhere on the property. It's also walking distance to a couple of top restaurants down the hill. The real difference for us was the staff at the hotel. It seemed their only concern was to make sure we had the best time possible. So thank you Chai, Carmen and Salvador for making this truly special."

"My recent stay at Encanto Hotel in acapulco following the aftermath of Otis left me with mixed feelings. The property has impressively restored the hotel, but certain aspects of my experience gave me pause. The restoration efforts undertaken by the property post-Otis cannot be overlooked. The hotel has done a commendable job in bringing the property back to its former glory, which is truly praiseworthy.
