"Very nice property. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, and as an added bonus, they even have several german speaking guest relations employees.
And the food is wonderful and very varied. The Breakfast and Dîner Buffets are extremely rich and savory.

"Top notch hotel! Not exaggerating, the best hotel I ever stayed in my whole life and I traveled quit bit.
Excellent customer service especially Osama from concierge and Thahir from front desk who upgraded my room to
sea view room for free, super clean, delicious food, and it’s decoration is wow!
The
beach service was great, crystal water, and golden sand.

beach and pools. Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at
beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time.
