The room was spotless. The food was fantastic. We loved the beach and the beach restaurant. The service was fantastic - every need catered for. It was quiet when we went and there was building work happening in the main building. But generally it was a great visit.

Excellent hotel, amazing views, and great service. Restaurant staff are so friendly and accommodating. Excellent variety of food each day. Big thanks to Chef Hany, Chef Islam at the Sushi Station and Chef Mohammed at the Pasta Station, yum! Rooms were always well kept thanks to Mohamed Saleh. Rania at the Spa was great (Egyptian massage and Moroccan Hammam). Will definitely visit again. Great family vacation spot!

The hotel is satisfactory in terms of its location and amenities. However, I believe it could benefit from some renovations. For instance, the television in the room was outdated, and the remote control was damaged. Additionally, I was unable to connect my Apple TV device to the television in the room. When I contacted the room service, they informed me that the television was an older model and that they were unable to connect the Apple TV device. While the television channel selection is not particularly impressive, it is sufficient for a short stay of two nights.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous beach,azur blue water with beautiful sandy beach and mountains in the back ground are breathtaking. landscape with multiple fountains..Food was delicious with different vareities every day. staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very comfortable bed is very comfortable. nice views from the balcony, weather was amazing.The only only issues were few flies, which was addressed with management and they said is a temporary situation caused by the surrounding desert and they are dealingwith it. the other issue was overcharging for items we thought were complementary, which should have been labled with a price. there was no such list of charges in the room Otherwise we had an amazing time
