"Beach, activities, Pool and cleanliness and staff are really nice. Staff appeared not sufficient informed sometimes. Paying/Renting the safe is ridiculous. The hammam needs restoration as it looks, smells and is old. A cockroach appeared while I was in the Hammam. Overall our stay was pleasant and the warm hearts of the staff made it really nice."

"Vi havde virkelig glædet os til at komme til Djerba og nyde de sidste 3 dage vi havde tilbage af vores ferie. Men det blev hurtig ødelagt. For det første var hotellet fyldt med russere, til et punkt hvor medarbejderne talte russisk.. For det andet ligger hotellet ikke der hvor kortet siger. Vi havde valgt hotellet pga af deres lokation, så vi var tættere på andre restauranter og natklubber. Det lå langt væk fra hvor det skulle ligge. Så det var helt klart et kæmpe minus. "The property is close to the touristic route of Midoun in Djerba. The beach is nice and clean. The problem starts with the swimming pool which is not clean and quite hazardous sometimes with bits of broken plactic from the edges. The water slides closes at 5pm, which is quite early. The room is acceptable but the bathroom needs restoration as the curtens can't retain water within the shower area. The towel are really old with holes sometimes.
