Tout est très propre. Le personnel est aux petits soins et l’équipe d’animation géniale ! L’accès à la plage au top. Le buffet est très riche, varié et bon. Tout était parfait !

Agréable hôtel, bcp d'activités avec une équipe d'animateurs au top. Repas tres variés avec des soirées a thèmes. Boissons dans la formule ,,all incl" tres économique, manque de quantité. Et un cocktail quali est payant. Serviettes de plage non-disponible entre midi et 16h, va comprendre pour un hôtel avec plage privé et plusieurs piscines. Manque de transat disponible. Souvent occupé pendant des heures par une serviette. Je remercie l’IA d'avance pour la réponse standards que les commentaires sont utiles mais sans suite.

Très belles prestations

Superbe séjour dans ce club, où vacances riment clairement avec détente. Personnel aux petits soins, on se laisse porter pendant tout notre séjour, serveurs au restaurant très attentionnés, buffet excellent et varié et boissons très qualitatives. La chambre est spacieuse et calme. J'ai juste regretté l'absence de rideaux bien occultants et du coup les réveils un peu matinaux à cause de ça ... la prochaine fois je prendrai un masque et je reviendrai à coup sûr !

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage, die schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Auswahl beim Buffet ist gut, das Essen ok, allerdings zu den Hauptzeiten recht chaotisch. Das Entertainment ist super, das Sportangebot ansprechend und die Kinderbetreuung super!

Déception totale

Bien que l hotel soit très bien entretenu et accueillant, les chambres sont bruyantes, elles ne sont pas insonorisées et les murs sont très fins (on entend les cris et les pleurs dans le couloir, les portes qui claquent, les enfants qui courent, les gens qui rentrent de soirée, les valises, le voisin qui ronfle, la musique est très forte.) Côté gastronomie, ne vous attendez pas à avoir de la qualité. J'avais choisi cet hôtel exprès pensant pouvoir bien manger, quelle déception... alors oui vous avez du choix, mais la cuisine est fade. Les fruits nont pas de goût, les gateaux sont industriels. Il n y a meme pas moyen d avoir un jus de fruit frais, c'est du concentré en distributeur. Côté animation, je n'ai pas d'avis car nous étions toujours à l'extérieur mais il y avait pas mal d activites proposées. Avec le all inclusive vous avez les boissons inclusez, ne tentez pas l'expérience d'un cocktail vous serez décus. Si vous pensez vous reposer, passez votre chemin, le jour et la nuit c'est bruyant (et je vous parle en hors saison...) Conclusion : je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel et ne paierais pas autant à votre place, car il y a mieux ailleurs et moins cher surtout.

A faire et à refaire en famille

Séjour d’une semaine en famille au top ! Personnel très disponible et à l’écoute L’hôtel est magnifique pour des vacances en famille et dispose d’une belle plage et d’une aire de jeux pour les enfants en bas âge Les piscines avec toboggans sont pour tout âge et nous ne sommes pas déçus à refaire avec plaisir 👍

Expérience assez mitigé. Première chambre parentale dans un sale état changée après réclamation par une autre chambre de catégorie inférieure. On a l’impression de ne pas être traité pareil que les allemands. Si vous vous attendez à des services niveau club med pour les enfants faites le tour. À 3 semaines de son anniversaire de 3 ans mon fils n’a pas été accepté dans le kids club. Sinon les prestations dans le kids club sont assez médiocres avec du personnel germanophone principalement. La nourriture est assez variée, rien à dire. Beaucoup de piscines dispo, plage plutôt bien aménagée et le pont le plus fort est le personnel très souriant et serviable. Le prix me paraît assez cher pour un 4*. Il paraît qu’on paie le double du prix par rapport aux allemands ce qui est très étonnant.

Alles war super bis auf das Essen. An sich qualitative Produkte von Fisch bis Fleisch, jedoch man hat eindeutig gespürt der Exekutiv Chef Koch seinen Job nicht liebte - sehr eintönig, unkreativ - das Fleisch und Fisch waren überbraten und trocken. Er hat hinter seine Köche im Buffet zu laufen und zu prüfen was sie machen, sie unter dem Arm zu greifen und zu motivieren vorallem bei den vielen Azubis/ Frischlinge- er war kaum zu sehen

Juste une petite suggestion Si l’on pouvait avoir des petites bouteilles d’eau d’1l et/ou moins plutôt que des grandes d’1l,5 Car cela fait énormément de gaspillage. Sinon top repas très variés personnel gentil.

J'ai énormément apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, notamment d'une des cuisinières, Madame Mannoubia HAJJEM. Elle faisait des petites galettes de pain sur place qui étaient particulièrement succulentes. Ses omelettes étaient aussi trop bonnes. J'ai beaucoup apprécié qu'il y ait une piscine intérieure chauffée, vu qu'il faisait trop frais pour nager à l'extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré jouer au football. Le moniteur était très sympathique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le café Maures et la gentillesse de Zied. Je reviendrai à cet excellent club, où l'on se sent très en sécurité.
