Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit als Familie und waren mit dem Robinson Club und dem Konzept sehr zufrieden. Wirklich sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Service, gutes Essen und Glück mit dem Wetter Ende Oktober. Einziger wirklich harter Kritikpunkt ist die Organisation der Tischvergabe beim Abendessen. Egal, wo man in der Reihe beim Anstehen vor Öffnung des Restaurants stand, gab es zu viele Gäste, die im Vollsprint zu den Tischen rasten, um sich diesen zu sichern. Kein Verhalten, das man braucht, erst recht nicht im Urlaub.

Es wurde teilweise zu wenig Personal an der Strandbar und auch an der Poolbar eingesetzt was zu Wartezeiten führte. Warum ist der Thibarine, ein lokaler Schnaps, kostenpflichtig? Die Sportmöglichkeiten und Angebote sind sehr gut. Großes Lob an die Nautik, die Katamarane sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Grüße an Rejab und vielen Dank für alles

Für mich war es das erste mal im einem Robinson Club und ich bin komplett begeistert. Alle sind super freundlich, es ist wie auf den Bildern und das Abendprogramm wechselt jeden Tag. Tagsüber hat man die Möglichkeiten an einigen Aktivitäten mitzumachen, kann aber auch ohne Probleme entspannen.

Das Hotel ist recht alt. Wir hatten einen Stromausfall (ein Hotel soll dies vermeiden), Ameisen im Zimmer. Das Zimmer stank ständig nach Gulli, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut…Aber das schlimmste war das Meer: überall Steine. Das Personal für die Reinigung und im Restaurant & Bar & Beach war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen war sehr gut. Ich empfehle jedoch insgesamt das Hotel nicht.

Die Essenszeiten für's Abendessen sind für Familien ungeeignet: 19:30h ist zu spät. Alle warten ungeduldig auf den Zugang zum Speisesaal, lange Schlangen vor den verschiedenen Theken obwohl der Club nur halbvoll war. Wenn der Club voll ist, dürfte sowohl der Restaurantbereich als auch die Anzahl der Liegen nicht ausreichend sein. Rezeptionsteam unterbesetzt bzw. noch ausbaufähig: Informationen teilweise widersprüchlich. Ansonsten Personal überaus freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend - vom Zimmerservice, über Bar, Restaurant etc. Wir waren selten in einem so sauberen RobinsonClub zu Gast gewesen.

Je suis vmt decue de l’hotel ! Les chambres etaient tout sauf celles d’un 4 etoiles Je rentre avec une torticolis Le vin servi pour un all in c’est de tres mauvais qualite
