"This is a very posh, small (24 room) 5* hotel, located right in the center of the small town of Banska Stiavnica. We were the only guests that night, because the hotel had blocked reservations to get organized for the summer season (and forgot to block Expedia). "This is a pleasant 3* hotel. Room was fine, but nothing fancy. Our room had a balcony. Parking is under the hotel, and can be reached by the elevator. Hotel is well located - about a block (through a "tunnel") from the central square. Room could have used more lighting. Desk clerk (Lucia) very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."
