"Accommodation was really clean and well presented with comfortable beds, situated in a quiet area with a private roof terrace that gets the sun throughout the day and nice sunsets behind the mountains. The layout is not the most practical and the kitchen is small and the sitting room awkward in shape, but for the price this really is an excellent and well-equipped place with a friendly and helpful host so highly recommended for a short stay or as a longer term base to explore the area."

"Pros: The property was very clean. It was very useful to have a large fridge/freezer, full oven and washing machine. Location was good with a car and parking was always available nearby. Large grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive. Vecindario is a good location for travelling north and south in Gran Canaria via the GC1. Cons: The property could use a few more mugs, plates and microwaveable dishes."

"A well equipped, sweet little house with a lovely roof terrace. Easy check in and good communication with host. We had a couple of issues with the fridge and the shower drainage but Martin was very prompt in responding to our concerns and coming to sort them. It can be chilly overnight (we stayed in Feb), there are some extra blankets but bring layers."

"Het appartement is op steenworp afstand van het strand, helaas openden we de deur van het benedenhuis en de muffe geur sloeg op ons. Erg gezond en onaangenaam. Geen ventilatie!! Er is een vochtprobleem. We misten een koffiemachine en een waterkoker. Handdoeken en beddengoed schoon. Zo bij het strand zou het fijn zijn als er een parasol is en 2 strandstoeltjes. Communicatie met host prima. "

The appartement is very nice and has everything you need: it has à good location, is well equipped, is well cared for and has a big terrace that offers you sunshine during most of the day. Carlos is the most kind and nice person. He has been very helpful and service minded. If you have any questions, he is just a phonecall away. We highly recommend Carlos and his appartements."

"We really enjoyed our week here, a very nice traditional Casa, spacious and comfortable. The manager is very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. There are many nice walks that one can do from the doorstep, and the views across the valley are very scenic. And Santa Lucia with its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away. "

"Great apartment next to the church, the balcony had the morning sun which was lovely, if you want sun later there is a shared terrace (sun until 18.00). We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Carlos is a great host! The area is great for walking in the mountains or just relaxing. Several bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again!"
