A stunning and amazing hotel!! It exceeded all our expectations.
We loved our room, the building, our breakfasts, the staff were lovely, very helpful with top customer service. Strongly recommend it for a short or long stay. It is centrally located in the Old Chania district, with shops, restaurants and the harbour around the corner. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Elisia for a memorable stay.

This is an excellent property and is beautifully decorated. It is very quiet and has excellent bedding and air conditioning.
One thing to note is that the WC is downstairs in the Constantinople Suite. This can be very tricky to navigate on a narrow staircase in the middle of the night. This is not highlighted on your website.
Also, the access is very tight for a vehicle. We had a tiny car and it was difficult negotiating the narrow lane and car park.

Highly recommend staying here, can’t believe we got to stay at such an amazing place for a very good price. The balcony view was beautiful. Extremely good location in the old town, got to walk everywhere so easily. So many amazing restaurants nearby (just be careful of ‘En Plo’ seems to be a tourist trap scam restaurant - look at google reviews). The staff are also so lovely and went above and beyond to be helpful and take care of us during our stay. There was a technical issue with our room...

Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location.
The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night.

The place was pristine and easy to find. The Check in process was a little awkward as we did not realise there was no onsite reception. We had to do some ringing around before we got someone, they said they had sent infomation via booking .com ,( as we were with Hotels .com , that didnt work) and we did not recieve any. But we resolved this .
