"Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any...

"The Verde Cottage is exactly as it is show in the picts and the description including the stairs. The property manager was amazing and addressed a window and water issue quickly and with great follow through via texts. I’d stay here again in the future. Lovely place and super clean upon arrival."

"We had a great stay and thought both the house and views were really nice. Joy was very helpful while we were at the house and was quick to respond anytime we needed anything. The location is excellent, an easy drive from town and to the west side beaches. I was concerned about the lack of A/C, but it was very breezy and cool at night.
