"We enjoyed the view, and the room was very nice. One should be aware the sea view rooms can potentially be a bit loud due to all the pedestrian traffic along the sea wall. Not bad with door closed but if you want it open, it’s loud especially over a weekend. Didn’t take away from the overall experience. Elements bar was great! Great service and great food. Breakfast was also great! We enjoyed our stay, thank you!"

"What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. "We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Fantastic sweeping Gulf of Naples view (Vesuvius, Capri, Naples, steep hills, …) from every part of the hotel! Comfortable in every way with a great breakfast and good restaurant. Be aware, however, that the hotel is up a sweep winding hill (nearly impossible to walk), so you need the hotel shuttle or a taxi (expect 20E to Sorrento) to get out. The hotel is a great place for a day or two of rest. The front desk staff was cheerful, friendly, and well-informed. We plan to return."
