"Excellent location. Easy to walk into town and attractions Lots of restaurants/ bars locally ( within easy walking distance) Good breakfast. Didn’t eat anything else in the hotel. Good variety of drinks in the bar. Lovely veranda overlooking the river you can use until 10 pm at the bar. Would be perfect if tea/ coffee facilities were available in the room. although you can buy these in the bar. "

"I rarely write reviews (especially if I had a positive experience). However, in this case, I felt really compelled to write on. This is a smaller hotel, 1 block from the beach in Knokke and family run. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. They are very accommodating with special requests. The breakfast is very nice with many sweet little details (no pun intended) and plenty of choice. The room we stayed in accomodated the three of us very well. We had very...

"No cleaning provided at property as it is an “aparthotel” so any cleaning or change of towels come at an additional price. Microwave wasn’t working and water dispenser at level 1 broke down at some point. Homeless people live outside and the immediate outside of the hotel is absolutely disgusting in the morning from people’s activities the night before as it’s in a Central Area. It was generally safe though as u have to tap into the entrance with your key card. "

"Very nice hotel at an excellent price! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was really friendly during check in and took us immediately to our room and showed us how everything in the room worked. Very cozy room and bathroom with a tub, which my wife enjoyed taking a warm bath in after a very cold and wet day. Great breakfast included with the room at no additional charge. Ever back in this area again, I would definitely stay stay here again."
