"Location, location, location. This isn't a five-star hotel - think camping lodge from the 50s. They've added wifi and TVs in the past few years, but you can still escape modern life if you want to. "

"Very secluded, peaceful and quiet. Extremely family friendly. Very clean, neat and extremely well organized. Had everything we needed to cook for all of us. Everyone had a great time! Grandkids had a blast, even caught some fish. The property exceeded our expectations."

"We had a Fantastic weekend staying at the cabin. Dave and Carmen were wonderful to communicate with from the time we reserved, the questions that we had along the way and were very welcoming at check in. The work and detail they they have done to the cabin and property is amazing. They thought of everything and then some extras to be sure a Great Time is had by all, right down to fresh flowers in mulitple rooms. We will definitely be looking to visit there again."

"We loved our long weekend stay at Firefly with our family. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the awesome pool and spend most of our time outside. Everything was just as stated in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was at the dock. The lake was lower than normal which made the dock very high above the water. It was difficult for us to get in & out of the kayaks and boat. We noticed other properties had floating docks which would have made it a little easier. Overall it was an amazing place to stay."
