The breakfast buffet is the best, it's worth staying here just for that. Rooms are ok, need renovating. Very noisy so bring ear plugs with you to sleep. Lovely staff and overall a great hotel will be back again.

I stayed for 3 nights on business trip and I can easily said that they have fulfilled my needs during my stay - fast internet connection, fast in room dining service. Plenty of breakfast choices and good coffee make my morning great. I would recommend this hotel for those who wants to visit Bandung. I will definitely come back here for my next visit.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel except an excellent service has been provided when I stayed there. From the warm welcome when I arrived and a surprise birthday gift in my room (cake and also a card from the GM himself). I felt that I was appreciated as a first timer guest. Stayed there for 2 nights and apparently, fell sick on the second night. Called the receiptionist, they drove me to the hospital and waited until I got discharged.

View from the city view rooms (especially where i stayed at lvl 7. Was incredible. I cannot believe this room was cheaper than the “garden view” rooms which imo had less of a view.

Right from the welcome at the front door, all staff in the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible. This hotel always feels like my second home when I’m in Bandung. Even though it’s an older hotel, they maintain it so well. The breakfast is superb, and everything is as good as always. Highly recommended!
