"Arrive 13:20, can't be checked in until exactly 1400...5 fl NO ROOM AVAILABLE?? Terrible!! DON'T DISTURB SIGN ON because the door key was inserted, removing the key, sign off!! I DON'T NEED THEM TO CLEAN THE ROOM, BUT SINCE NO SIGN, THEY GO INSIDE. VERY DIRTY WITH WATER STAINS, TOWELS, MY KITCHEN TOWEL CLEANED THAN THAT."

"An average hotel in Bandung alongside a very busy street close to the main railway station of Bandung. Service was very good, breakfast a typical Indonesian buffet.. I stayed one night on a Saturday, and the other inmates were quite noisy at late hours."

"The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. I will never forget my stay and recommend staying at the Gino Feruci Kebonjati when visiting Bandung. Hope to see you again."

Shower curtain very mouldy. Lots of stains from where people throw rubbish into the bin and hits the cupboard and wall. "

"五つ星ホテルからこちらに移動してきたので、最初に部屋に入った時は狭いと感じましたが、そのうち慣れました。三泊しましたが、この値段なら満足です。ドライヤーとアイロンと台もずっと借りることができました。朝食は郷土料理が美味しく、1日目と2日目に少し変化があって思ったよりも良かったです。子供がいるので、隣がケンタッキー、道向こうがマクドナルドという立地が決め手です。"
