"It’s one of the best 4-star options. Amazing breakfast and super friendly staff (Dhoka) and front desk! They allowed me to keep my room when I travelled for 1 day. Sauna/Spa is cozy and just perfect. Rooms are clean and well organized. Close to train station and 10 minutes walk (5 min train ride) to the old center."

"Stayed here many time and it’s a very good quality stay that the Pullman in Basel offers. Try and get a room away from the Main Street as it does get noisy with the trams. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side but it’s Switzerland so expected. Avoid the salmon at breakfast. Everywhere is clean and the staff have Swiss efficiency."

"We love our room and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Front desk staff were very friendly. The only suggestion I have is to provide detailed instructions on arrival - e.g. hotel reception is on the 6 floor，there’s separate elevator for parking and the hotel. For international travellers make sure all communications are in English ☺️"
