"I have stayed here twice. It’s a nice, comfortable room close to downtown but far enough from the loudest part of the area. Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. Extremely accommodating person at the front desk who was very responsive to our needs and gave a personalized experience. I have managed hospitality and travelled extensively and this stay I received some of the best service...

"These people ghosted me. Booked 24 hours before stay. I showed up and they never answered the phone or my messages. There is no front desk or reception area. I think this place is a scam. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away. "

"Our stay at Inti Luna was so great! The staff and owners are super nice and very accommodating. The breakfast that is included is amazing! The location was great. We have a car so the parking was very nice and safe. Its location is quiet and also walkable to everything. We loved everything about this place. will stay here again when visiting Banos."
