"Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. "The host was very responsive during booking and upon arrival. I had an issue with A/C and he addressed it quickly. However…..There are a bunch of little things that detract from the experience of the stay:* No chest of drawers. * Scuffed walls and baseboards that need paint * A VERY RUSTY shower curtain (C’monnnnn…!)* Used dry cleaner hangars* Towels that have seen better days* A COMPLETELY FILTHY mattress cover!I think all this can be achieved for /- 500.
