"Room was well air conditioned but a little bit tired (small holes in sheets, thin towels, mildew stains on grout on shower, slightly damaged laminate flooring, etc- you get the idea). For the historic district it’s a very nice hotel and well located to see some of the best spots."

"The food and the staff were fabulous! The hotel itself was beautiful and felt quite luxurious. It was very quiet and as a solo traveller I didn’t meet anyone while I was there. It was likely the time of year (end of July). The location was great for walking to the shopping center and lots of great restaurants. I will definitely stay there again, hopefully it will be a bit busier."

"Di esa evaluación porque estuve más de un mes tratándome de contactar con el hotel si podía entrar más temprano y abandonar la reserva en 5 horas nunca me contestaron le escribí por el chat incluso expedia supuestamente dijo que se había comunicado con el hotel y nunca me dieron respuesta yo perdí el dinero verdaderamente no recomiendo este hotel a nadie es increíble que una recepción no conteste ese teléfono ni tampoco por WhatsApp entonces es pésimo la comunicación."

"Unico was a beautiful building in Asuncion. The unit was very clean and nice. The internet/Tv all worked without issue. The view from the balcony was stunning. Great experience, would definitely recommend."
