Central location which served as great base to explore city. Great facilities on offer with varied breakfast and very helpful staff throughout hotel. We had a few issues with maintenance during our stay but these were resolved in a very timely manner. A little upgrading possibly required as some furnishings a little tired however this did not detract from our stay and we’d definitely recommend.

Al parecer por hacer a traves de hotels.com hubo un trato despectivo por parte de la recepcionista. Informo q no me pueden emitir factura legal ademas de que al ser la reservacion por este medio no incluye desayuno cosa q me llamo mucho la atención siendo q es uno de los q los visitantes mas esperan. Cabe mencionar que el pago fue debitado automaticamente al confirmar la reservacion. Quiza este equivocado pero llegue al hotel gracias a esta pagina pues no soy de la zona de Asuncion y me base directamente por busqueda en internet.

Uma surpresa de hotel .

Um bom para excelente hotel , Ema de que a sua localização fica perto do centro antigo de Assunção. E como todo hotel mais antigo não temos algumas opções dos novos . Mas no restante bom café da manhã , atendimento do pessoal muito bom , sauna , spa, massagem bons . É o mais importante resposta rápida e solucionada quando pedido . No total do conjunto muito bom o hotel recomendo .
