This property stands out from the others in so many way. From the very first moment you arrive, you notice the excellent staff and service. The hotel is well-decorated and laid out. The rooms are spacious and clean and there are tons of amenities. Those that aren't in your room, you can ask for at no cost. The breakfasts are wonderful with lots of variety and you can even order things like omelets or eggs benedict for no additional cost. Great shopping and dining options are located within walking distance. We come to Asunción often and this is now our go-to hotel here. You can't go wrong.

An Oasis in Asuncion

This is a lovely hotel. Staff are impeccable and very friendly. The architectural character of the building is very interesting. It appears to be a renovation of an early 1900's, un-reinforced masonry, Craftsman-Art nouveau style building, with a colonial interior. The details are truly amazing right down to the ironwork's. I was fooled until they told me it was built 16 years ago! Very comfortable, super clean, hi-end linens, rooftop pool, everything worked well, restaurant was excellent, breakfast perfect. Across the street is a new shopping center with extensive food court and outdoor dining in a large courtyard. This is arguably the best Asuncion has to offer!

We come to Asunción quite often and this was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We loved it. From the very first moment we walked through the door, it was evident that this hotel was going to be a step above all the others. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was well-decorated. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. So comfortable in fact, that we are now considering replacing our mattresses at home. This property is also very well-located, right across from a major shopping center. It is truly a hidden gem. And to tell the truth, I would almost rather it remain hidden so we can continue to enjoy it without having to deal with crowds. But that being said, others deserve to know about how great this place is.

The quality and variety of food for breakfast are excellent. They offer traditional dishes such as chipa, Mandi’o chiryry, mbeyu, dulce de mamon, pasta frola, alfajores. A great variety of fruits, jams, pastries, breads, juices. They also have a musician playing the Paraguayan harp with beautiful melodies. The experience is so unique and pleasant. The staff is also very attentive. I’ve been staying at this hotel multiple times since 2017 and I can’t wait to go back.

A jewel of a boutique hotel. It is unique in every aspect. A hotel like this would be hundreds of dollars per night in the United States. Im returning to Paraguay in 5 months, so Im reserving my room now. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Asuncion.
