"Great house, easy to use and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and had two trips into Joshua Tree to catch the evening glow. Also a day trip to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, which is a great way to avoid the heat of the valley in the middle of the day."

"The home is inviting and simple. The surrounding community is quiet and secluded, making it easy to relax. Explore the trails around the area directly from the property. Kids enjoyed climbing the many rock formations in the area. Nice to sit in the hot tube at night and gaze at the night sky."

"First, the pros. -VERY clean home. -Very comfortable beds -Short drive to the entrance of Joshua Tree NP. -Great view from the patio. -The owner responded quickly to my questions via text message. -The kitchen is well appointed. Now, the cons. -The pool was filthy when we arrived with debris covering the surface and bottom, including a dead lizard that had sunk to the bottom. I contacted the owner who said that they would send the pool maintenance guys over ASAP. However, they didn’t show up until our last day, and we wound up not using the pool at all. -The owner did not keep us informed of the pool situation, even though I had asked them to do so. Also, there weren’t any instructions in the home on how to connect to the internet, sort the trash (3 trash cans), work the pool, or any other instructions that most vacation rentals have readily accessible to renters. -The front yard is covered in weeds. The gutter over the patio is falling down. A towel rack and a toilet paper holder fell off the wall and was never replaced, just painted over. The garage door opener was broken. Individually, none of these issues (except for the pool) are a big deal. Combined, they made the house feel sad and uncared for. The filthy pool, however, was a major bummer. We still had a great time, the house just didn’t enhance our experience. It has a lot of potential and I hope the owners improve it for renters to come."

"Cozy, comfortable clean 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in front of the home as well as on the side street (the home is located on a corner). Would definitely stay there again."
