Upon reading the list of possible reasons, I learned that they don’t accept reservations less than 48 hours in advance. The unit has all of the essentials including beach towels and umbrellas, sand toys, in unit laundry, A&C in the bedrooms and living room, and a well stocked kitchen. The building has a nice pool looking out over the ocean and private beach access. It was safe and clean. "
