Friendly staff, convenient location, room was clean. Only thing that would’ve made it better is if they offered free breakfast. But there are options within minutes of the hotel if you don’t want to spend the $9-$13pp.

The water in my room would not get hot. I took 3 cold showers during my stay. I notified the front desk however, nothing was done to correct the issue. Also, the fitted sheet on the bed would not stay on. Also, notified office.

Just wanted to let you know about my recent stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and the showers were fantastic. I had such a great experience overall. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Overall great location. We didn’t expect to have to pay for breakfast as many other suite based hotels offer free breakfast. The room was nice, clean and comfortable

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was that one of the lights in the bathroom wasn’t working. Maintenance came and fixed it when we reported it though, so it was only a minor inconvenience.

Clean and Good Value Hotel
Front desk check in girl was awesome (Jami?) She went out of her way to check us in early and recommend a yummy burger place. Rooms were clean, bathroom was a little run down/older. Overall, we would stay there again.

We specifically picked this hotel based on price and the fact that it had a hot tub. When we checked in and went to the pool area the hot tub was drained and had a maintenance sign on it. There should be a way to make note of this before someone relies on the listing.

Nice room, pool not desirable
We had a nice room with two comfortable queen beds. I had three children with me and selected this hotel as it looked nice and had good reviews, however the pool did not meet my expectations. It was very small and not updated recently. It started at 3 ft. deep and ended at 4.6 feet. With about 7 kids playing it did lot leave a lot of room for playing in the water. Disappointing and expensive Ted more as the room was not cheap.

Hilton Garden Inn are designed more for the corporate traveler, that is why the pool is smaller than some other hotels. I hope this information helps you with future hotel stays. I do not understand the comment that you made " Disappointing and expensive Ted more as the room was not cheap", please clarify this for me.

The hotel was fine, overall but a bit pricey for “what you get.” There were several long strands of black hair on the bathroom floor, which makes one wonder about cleanliness. The view of the HVAC was disappointing. The hotel was fine and close to family so convenient

Would’ve been impressed, except they had me wait for over an hour for a room after check in time so check in was at 3, didn’t get my room till after 4, and manager wanted to say it was due to allowing early check-ins, one then don’t allow that, not my problem but others were getting their room who had come after me so yeah not very impressed with this Hilton! And when I came to pool area the next day, around 7ish, the pool was a disaster, clothes (no more available pool towels), towels everywhere, someones shoes. They hadn’t cleaned the pool up from the night before!

Jessica, I am sorry that you had to wait so long to get into your room. The other guest that was able to check in before you might have had different room types then yours or were Hilton Honors members that had pre blocked their room.
