The property was just as described. The walkability to restaurants and coffee shops as well as Wash Park was great. The neighborhood was very nice. We didn't really use the kitchen for much but it looked to have everything needed if you were to use it. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect! Lovely neighborhood! Parking was a piece of cake! The beds were comfy! We could walk everywhere! For groceries! Shopping on Pearl! The University of Denver! I know…so many exclamation points, but I’m not exaggerating when I say I looked at homes to buy here because I LOVED EVERYTHING!

This was our first visit to Denver. Could not be happier with this home. The neighborhood was gorgeous. Close to the highway made getting out and exploring pretty easy. The home itself was great, exactly as pictured in the listing. The backyard was nicer than the pictures. Perfect for us to let the pup out. There was a full bedroom and bathroom on the main floor so if you have issues with stairs this home could work for you. The upstairs bed and bathroom are completely secluded from the downstairs and very quiet, great for getting a good night sleep. There was shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash both bathrooms. Hair dryer and clothing steamer in the upstairs bath. Only thing we missed was an on site washer/dryer (we knew this from the listing)Overall, highly recommend this home!

There were some parts of the property that hadn't been cleaned. All appliances worked well and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard isn't fenced which was a drawback with our dog. The neighborhood is quiet so sleep is easy.

The location was unbeatable and the house was very clean. Only concern was lack of amenities. Some sinks lacked hand soap, no blow dryer, not sufficient towels/dish cloths, no dish cloths or towels, no coffee filters that fit the coffee pot, not sufficient pillows for the beds (unless you’re good with only one flat pillow per person). Could be a five star with a little more care GIVEN to the details. Also the home was advertised as having functional fireplace, but the remote to turn on the fireplace was not provided.

This house was perfect for our trip to Denver! Nice and clean on the inside and the host even left us some fresh fruit to enjoy during our stay. The location next to wash park was ideal and the office worked great for when we had to do some work during the day. Would definitely visit this place again.

The house was in a perfect location, walking distance to beautiful Washington Park and an easy drive to many sites. The house had everything we needed, and was clean and well furnished. We will certainly be trying to stay here every time we visit Denver.
