Lovely home, great kitchen, backyard, neighborhood, close to many Denver parks and restaurants. Great place to spend time with family and enjoy all the city snd outdoor things Denver has to offer!
Great location and setting for a long weekend. Cozy home that worked perfect as home base for our family. One block away from coffee and 15 min to almost everything we wanted to explore. Thanks for a great stay!
This property was perfect for our purpose. The National Jewish Medical Center is 5 minutes away during high traffic. Groceries are close. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and low traffic. House is in great shape, large front porch and nice back yard. It was very nice.
The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had sufficient supplies available. My only complaint was that I arrived at night and couldn't see the address on the house. I could have missed it but never the less the stay was outstanding!
Our stay was very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked for cooking meals, the beds were the perfect firmness for myself and my brother. Bathroom was small but had everything you needed. I was disappointed that we did not have a washer/dryer but this was clear on the description and I missed it. It was under repair. If you need anything and can’t find it Erika responded quickly. My dates I entered for the stay were incorrect. Erika and her team immediately responded and they were able to accommodate us. Highly recommend this stay.
My husband and I were in Denver for a 10 day visit to NJH. This house was a perfect location for that. In warmer weather, we could have easily walked to it. The house is on a relatively quiet street, but is close to many things while still feeling safe. It would be helpful if in the description there was more of a cue to spot the house in the dark (maybe making note of the little library on the left side of the driveway.)
The house was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, utensils, dishes, cleaning products, etc. to make the stay easy and comfortable. Big props to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in the shower! The full size fridge, oven, microwave made it so easy to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in, without having to run out 3 times per day.
One thing (and it may have been because it was January and the owner was not home downstairs,) the living room and dining room were always pretty cold, so we spent most of our time hanging out in the bedroom. If it were warmer, I would also have preferred a TV in the living area, since I don't much care for watching TV in bed, but that is a personal preference. Besides the warmth, the only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a washer/dryer. For a short stay, it would have been no problem, but for 11 nights, it would have been helpful.
I would definitely book there again.
Great location in a great neighborhood. Easy to get to coffee shops, food, groceries, etc. The host was communicative, helpful and nice. The house was very clean and had everything we needed!
Wonderful charming home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It ended up being only 3 minutes away from where my family lives! Had a nearby Safeway and excellent ice cream parlor (Nuggs).
The house was very clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed how easy it was to get to the city center, denver tech center, and the zoo. Good food options along East Colfax and Congress Park too.
