Originally built in the 1880s, this residence honours the legacy of Grace Stiles—educator, historian, and philanthropist—and sits beside the Stiles African American Heritage Centre. Please note: all three bedrooms are located on the second floor, reached by a staircase with a 90-degree turn. This home isn’t a good fit for guests with limited mobility or difficulty with stairs.

–Good to Know–
• No pets, parties, candles, incense, or smoking allowed on the property.
• All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, reached by a narrow staircase. This home isn’t a good fit for guests with limited mobility or difficulty with stairs.
• This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
• Roof access is strictly prohibited for safety reasons
• We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
• Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, yard work, and plant care.
• For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
