The rooms were large and clean however are in need of an update. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to the children’s hospital. Wish the hotel had a restaurant attached for lunch and dinner.

Stayed at the property for four days and enjoyed the area and easy access to hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is your average breakfast but was still very delicious and the staff there was very attentive to detail. Front desk assisted with WiFi access and connection without a hesitation. My only suggestion would be to make sure there is toilet paper in the room. I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. I also suggest that the laundry room is more clean and the washer has what detergent should be used. The compartment where soap and fabric softener goes was very dirty and had powder detergent stuck on there. I will say that being able to pay via phone is very convenient. Overall I do recommend this place for stay.

This is the best hotel for the price and amenities i have ever stayed in. My family has stayed at this location for over 30 nights in the last few years. It is directly across from UC Health Anschutz and Children's. I would guess >80 % of guests are there due to medical needs for family. It is a perfect place to set up base. the staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are perfect with a sleeper sofa and large beds, the medical assist rooms with shower seats and rails are critical for us and others . it is walking distance to food , care and just really made our time so much more endurable. i recommend it entirely
