Remodeled Carriage House Studio- West Highlands - Walk to Restaurants/bars!

Welcome to our beautiful and charming Victorian carriage house! It's an 1880’s Victorian style brick carriage house, separate to the main house, located in the marvelous and highly sought-after West Highland’s neighborhood, in Northwest Denver. The neighborhood is perfectly situated just West of Downtown, and close to all major highways, which allows you to get to the mountains and or the airport in a mere 30 minutes.

There is a separate side gate entrance to the carriage house, so you can feel free to come and go as you please. The space sleeps 4 guests comfortably with one queen pillow top Murphy bed and one queen memory foam Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa. The living area has a 48-inch flat screen SMART TV, with ROKU. You have access to streaming cable and Netflix. The internet has Ethernet and WiFi for those who need to get some work done. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. Guests have access to a private patio, which is lovely for a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, or a nice dinner and wine in the evening.

The carriage house is a private oasis patio with a grill, table, and chairs. There is back door access to Highland Square, with many quaint and artisan eateries, locally owned shops, and family-friendly happenings. Take your evening stroll through the historic streets of the highlands to end up at the neighborhood wine bar or coffee house. This neighborhood is one of Denver’s oldest and most charming, with Victorian-painted ladies, old bungalows, and Denver squares- for the historic architectural buffs. There is a Denver B-Cycle station located just around the corner, so you can rent bikes when you want and ride to any of Denver’s attractions. This area packed with eateries, boutiques, and markets is also safe and quiet. There is access to public transportation in one block.

Always a nice stay
Convenient to so many great restaurants. Always clean and comfortable. Truly has everything you need. Only thing i could suggest would be replacing the outlet over the couch with an outlet that also has usb charging ports. It would be helpful. We love the place and have stayed a couple of times. Definitely will stay again.
