This beautifully remodeled guest house in located in the trendy Baker neighborhood. With a king size bed and high end amenities, you'll be sure to enjoy your time in the house. When out on the town, you'll be in walking distance to some of Denver's best night great bars and restaurants. Downtown Denver and all if it's activities is a quick 5 minute Uber ride away!

Baker is one of Denver's most active neighborhoods. Perfectly located with easy access to Denver's highway system (quick drive to the mountains) and downtown Denver.

Bed configuration: Main - King, Livingroom - Queen size pullout sofa.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

Please not this property does not have central AC but it does have mini split units that keep the place cool in the summer and provides heat in the winter.

Beautiful Space in a Great Neighborhood

Amazing Location and Fantastic Property

Stayed with some family to experience South Broadway. This apartment was the perfect size, was in a great location, and was immaculate. Would stay here again in a heart beat and can't recommend it enough. Seems like the owners take really great care of the space and it shows.

Fantastic in every aspect!

Very clean, bright, cozy but spacious and had everything we needed! Parking seemed like it was going to be iffy, but we always found a place really close to the house. The location was great and we would stay there again!

This unit is just as advertised, clean and cozy. The sky lights let in such great natural light and don't impact me in the morning since I try to be up before the sun anyways. For those looking to sleep in, just pack an eye mask! The owners are very friendly and the location is great if you're looking for walking distance to some of Denver's greatest spots while also being safely tucked away into a neighborhood.

Great Denver stay

Great property! Very clean and modern. Heat /AC were controlled via remote controls and took a bit to figure out. Same with the window shades. Otherwise very happy with out stay.

Lovely, modern, and spotless apartment in the Baker neighborhood of Denver

Visiting our two adult daughters in Denver, we needed a place that was close to both of them, and this peaceful accommodation was perfect! Being above the owner’s garage behind their back yard worried me, in terms of privacy, but our entrance was from the alley, and we never felt like we were bothering the homeowners or they us. All in all, it was a perfect solution to our needs, and I would not change a thing!

Denver stay

Overall our stay was awesome. Check in and check out was seamless. Although the parking pass was missing we were still able to park around the neighborhood. Relative location was great just a bit confusing with the entrance listed as an alley, especially late at night when we arrived. The only real issue was the wifi. WiFi was either weak or not working however we managed without it. We stayed with our 10 month old daughter. Ended up bringing a pack and play b it they had two already there and a peanut for changing which was so awesome and unexpected ! Everything was clean and beautiful and the coffee was delicious when we made it in house one day. Would def stay at again

Denver Baker area

A beautiful tiny apartment above the garage. Very high tech, almost a bit too much as some if it was confusing. The floors were quite cold because it was over a garage. The bed was fabulous! The only real negative was the alley entry was a law suit waiting to happen. Extremely icy. You had to walk so carefully to not slip and fall.

Nice but quirks that you may care about:

Bedroom is super bright in the morning with a skylight that you cannot block. Bedroom is also over garage with thin walls, you will hear talking, garage doors open and close and will wake you off you're a light sleeper. Shower hot water started to fade after a few minutes so be quick. Heat units took a while to warm the space and initially didn't seem like they were working once you turned them on. TV over the air channels didn't have adequate signal so you're left with streaming apps that are on the Samsung. Otherwise the location is great and walkable to South Broadway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did not receive my code for the door prior to arrival and had to text the property owner for it. The door was unlocked upon arrival which is scary since it is down town Denver. There was absolutely no convenient place to park. They ask you to be quiet and courteous to you neighbors which is funny because each morning all I could hear was a child yelling and the family of the property being noisy. The place it's self was not well put together and was not cleaned properly. The garbage disposal did not function properly. I could keep going but I will just stop.
