Outdoor dining & grill are out back on the deck and the pool/spa is on the side of the home with access via the laundry room Downstairs includes the game center, partial kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Free parking includes 2 cars in attached garage and 2 cars in front of garage.
