Ideally located in the historic neighborhood of Whittier, our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1,6000 sq ft home is the perfect oasis. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids to play—a short drive or bike ride to attractions (Zoo, Downtown, and more). It is only two blocks from City Park and the City Park Golf Course. The bar/restaurant at the golf course is one of the best places to watch the sunset in the city, with West views overlooking the course, city skyline, and mountains.
The home boasts a stunning interior that blends vintage and modern aesthetics to make the place feel like home. The fenced backyard with grass, a covered patio, a picnic table, a grill, and sun lounging chairs make it the perfect outdoor sanctuary for you and your family during your stay. Bring your yard games on your road trip here, and you could make endless memories!

We absolutely loved this place. The host was very kind when i met him. The place was adorable, comfortable, clean. Perfect for your stay. Great location. I would love to stay here again. And i hope the need comes up where i do!
This was a perfect home for our stay. The house had beautiful, up to date amenities. It is in a great location-close to City Park and other areas, like RiNo. I would highly recommend a stay here.
We rented the house during the National Western. The house was perfect! It was close to the fairgrounds and clean. The beds are comfortable and the house is decorated beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend this property.
Excellent space for 4-6 people and well located (area still developing somewhat). Very clean and comfortable spaces and well appointed with blankets, kitchen and bedding. Master and bath very comfortable. Easy communication and in/out. Would recommend for two couples or a family looking to enjoy Denver.
The home was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was peaceful and always had parking in front available. The kitchen accessories provided anything we needed, bedding and seating areas were comfy.
Love this location because it’s close to my family member and the park/zoo/museum.
My family and I enjoyed this house and the outdoor space. My kids loved the third bedroom. There’s lots of extra pillows and linens.
Stayed 4 nights as a family of 4 w/ an Au Pair. Bedroom configuration worked out well and we felt like we had enough space between us. House was well outfitted with essential amenities and the extra space in the backyard for the kids was a nice perk.
Clean and well stocked. Good property a few miles east of downtown Denver. Close to a number of Denver attractions such as Botanical Gardens, Science and Nature museum, City Park.

This property is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It worked perfectly for my family to be comfortable while caring for family at the near by hospital. Communication was excellent. Check out procedures were easy. The neighborhood is lovely. Highly recommend!!

Great house centrally located to airport and downtown. Easy day trips to Redrocks, Garden of the Gods, National Park and white water rafting. House is beautifully decorated, very clean, and kitchen well equipped.
His property raises the bar to a very high level. Deluxe finishes on a completely remodeled Victorian house well located near museums and parks. Some great dining just a few blocks away. Total Google house with automatic blinds etc. perhaps a little better instructions on the Google commands and what it could do would be helpful. The property manager always responded, sometimes took a little time, but they addressed any needs we had. Highly recommend!
Stayed in this house with two families for a week of exploring Denver. It was very well-appointed with pretty much everything connected to a smart feature. (The only downfall to this was we had the fire alarm go off twice… once from making pancakes and once from a hairdryer; not the end of the world but clearly the alarm is SUPER sensitive, so just be aware!) The beds, chairs, and couches were extremely comfortable and the central air was magical on 100-degree days. The neighborhood was safe, close to City Park and very central for everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend.
There isn’t a single thing I’d change about my stay at this home. It is newly renovated feeling clean and cozy, it feels safe and private with blinds on the first floor and a lock to the basement owner/tenant. We brought our 2 year old and the first floor was perfect for him to roam and the third bedroom with a twin had plenty of room for a pack and play. Toiletries including dish soap were provided, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need including a blender and washer/dryer! We will most definitely be staying here in the future.

This was a beautiful home in Denver, and was in a great location. Close to food and downtown without the noise or commotion of downtown. The house was clean and well maintained but the communication with the renter was not ideal. I received an email stating the house would be ready by 2pm even though check in was at 4, when I asked the renter about an early check in they said they couldn’t accommodate that. Additionally, the second 10am hit (check out time) I was unable to access the site to communicate with the renter. Overall our stay was great but the communication portion was less than stellar.
