This home was built so that your entire group can enjoy your trip on the property or be extremely convenient to the front ranges` best locations. This home has 2 separate living areas with fully stocked kitchens, 4 beds, and 2 areas with couches. When you unlock the deadbolts from both sides you can turn it into a large home. There is more than enough room for everyone, just moments from the I-70 highway, set back from the street, and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Smart TVs and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. This home was fully remodeled summer 2020! Equipped with all new beds and furniture.

The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. There is the island which has 2 stools and the dining table with 4 more.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

We went to Denver for a wedding and this listing what we were looking for. It was a convenient location, the house was clean, and communication with the property manager was great. He checked in with me prior to my arrival, during my stay, and at my departure. He was prompt with his answers and made our stay seamless. I would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay at any of his listings. The neighborhood was also VERY quiet, which always a when traveling with littles.
